Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Returns requesting a refund should be made within 15 days of receipt of products. All tags should be attached. 

Upon receiving the returned items, within 5 to 15 business days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund or store credit. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has been lost or stolen, please notify us by replying to your delivery confirmation email within 24 hours.
